Returns & Exchanges
Regular price merchandise may be returned to us unworn within 10 days of the delivery date. Worn or damage merchandise will not be accepted for return. Returns made after 10 days will be refunded for store-credit only. Refunds to your credit card may take up to an extra day to appear on your credit record.
Please allow 3-5 days for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package.
When returning merchandise, please write us a brief note explaining the nature of the return. Your comments are very important in helping us present products so that our customers get exactly what they expect.
We apologize that shipping costs are not refundable. All sale items are sold as final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Please include a copy of your order with your return. Please write us explicit instructions indicating whether you want a refund, store credit, or an exchange for an alternate item, color and/or size. Please remember that sale items are not applicable for refunds or exchanges.
Shipping & Handling
All packages are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. For UPS next day air, 2nd day air or 3rd day select there will be an additional charge. Please allow 3-5 business days to process orders (Monday through Friday 10am-6pm CST). Please call us at (312) 335-1353 or e-mail us. No Post Office Boxes please.
All international orders are welcome. Please call or email us for shipping prices and details. All loss claims are subject to the terms and condition of the carrier chosen.
Overnight Shipments:
In order to ensure timely delivery, overnight shipments received after 2:00 p.m. Central Time will not be shipped until the following day.
Partial Orders: Only She ships partial orders. If you order several items, we will ship them immediately if we have them in stock and will ship outstanding items as we receive them from our vendors.Please mention in the instructions if you prefer to receive your order all at once.
All orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed the next business morning.
International orders are shipped by UPS Worldwide Express and should arrive within 5-7 business days to most countries.

Actual shipping charges are based on package weight and destination.
Customs: All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Only She cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs house of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order. UPS assumes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. Only She does not receive any money from customs and import fees.
Sales Tax
Illinois sales tax at the current rate of 9% will be added to all Illinois orders.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

Shopping Online
To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.
To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.
Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.
To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout.
